Consultancy engagement providing senior digital expertise to support an agency project.
As a digital transformation consultant, I worked with a digital agency on a major deliverable for Luton Airport. The project required integrating parking reservations and live flight data into their website — a complex UX and technical challenge. I led the UX direction to ensure clarity, usability, and seamless implementation across teams.

I collaborated closely with the airport steering committee, their parking technology partner, and an agency team of two developers and two designers. My role focused on aligning technical capabilities with stakeholder requirements while guiding UX and delivery priorities.

The project was successfully delivered on time and within budget, integrating number-plate recognition data into the website alongside a seamless online booking and payment system. The solution was securely implemented and enabled customers to reserve parking with live data accuracy and improved convenience.
